2026 BVNW Football Player Registration 🏈
Registration is now open for the 2026 BVNW Football season!
This required intake form collects essential player information (name, grade, contact details, jersey/shorts sizes, food allergies) and parent/guardian contacts to help us organize teams, communicate effectively, and ensure everyone's safety during practices, games, and team events.
Important notes:

Complete one form per player — if you have multiple players, submit a separate form for each.

Football fees are determined by grade level, with possible adjustments for siblings and Butter Braid fundraiser credits.

After submitting the form, you'll be directed to payment instructions.
Registration is not complete until both the form is submitted and payment is received.

2026 BVNW Football Fee's

Grades 9-11: $350 per athlete

Sibling Discount: $50 (applies when an additional sibling(s) is playing)
Butter Braid Fundraiser - (credits to player fee's)

Butter Braid Fundraiser Credits will be applied to the season total dues

If you have a fundraiser credit, do not submit payment yet

For every Butter Braid item sold, $5 will be credited toward the football dues
