Class Liaison (Board Position & Voting Member)
As a Class Liaison, you'll serve as the primary point of contact to ensure consistent communication between families, coaches, and the QB Club. You'll coordinate team meals and snacks with the club, assist with planning and overseeing end-of-season banquets (including volunteer coordination as needed), and help the board keep families informed with timely updates. This volunteer role strengthens our football community and helps the season run smoothly!
Committee Member (non-board member)
As a Committee Member, you'll volunteer to assist with one or more key events and activities (such as the Moms' Clinic, Golf Tournament, Team Camps, Banquets, Chain Gang, or Tailgates). You'll play an important hands-on role in helping make these events successful—whether setting up, coordinating tasks, supporting logistics, or jumping in where needed. This is a great way to contribute to the team without taking on full leadership responsibilities, while still being part of the fun and community spirit!
Committee Chair (non-board member)
As a Committee Chair, you'll take the lead on a specific event or ongoing task (such as the Moms' Clinic, Golf Tournament, Team Camps, End-of-Season Banquets, Chain Gang operations, or Tailgates). You'll guide and coordinate a small team of committee members to successfully plan and execute your assigned area, which may include managing budgets, timelines, volunteers, and logistics. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for parents who want to make a big impact on key football experiences!
General Volunteer
As a General Volunteer, you're ready to jump in and help wherever needed—no long-term commitment required! Whether it's assisting with setup/teardown, supporting team events, helping at tailgates, cheering from the sidelines, or pitching in on game days, just let us know when you're available.
